What materials do you use to make your products? / Quels matériaux utilisez-vous pour fabriquer vos produits ?
100% of the pool inflatables and plastics that we use are recycled and therefore may have traces of their previous lives (small marks, fading etc). We feel strongly that this is part of their charm. Due to the nature of the plastics they may be slightly wrinkled however most of the creases and wrinkles should drop out quickly after you start to use them. Place them under a heavy flat item (such as a large book) for a while to speed up the process.
Can I send you my inflatables to be recycled? / Est-ce que je peux vous envoyer mes bouées gonflables pour être recyclées ?

How much is postage? / Combien coûte la livraison ?
Can I track my order once it is dispatched? / Est-ce que je peux suivre ma commande ?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number allowing you to track your order online.
Can I add to my order or cancel my order once it’s been placed? / Est-ce que je peux modifier ma commande ou annuler ma commande une fois passée ?
Unfortunately once an item has been ordered we are unable to amend or cancel it. Please check our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
Can I exchange my order or return it for a refund? / Puis-je échanger ma commande ou la retourner pour un remboursement ?
Yes you can return your item if it is unused and in its original condition for a full refund. We cannot exchange or return sale items. Please visit our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
