Mainland Europe - order by Tuesday 15th December, last orders will be shipped on Wednesday 16th December.

We are currently offering free delivery to Mainland Europe for orders over €60 using Colissimo during the months of November & December. For more information please use the drop down menu below. We aim to dispatch all order within 2 days. If your order is urgent please notify us so that we can do our best to dispatch it asap.
For customers local to the French Riviera we offer free collection from our workshop in Antibes. Please select the collection option at the checkout. You will then be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. Please contact us to arrange a collection date as our workshop doesn't keep set hours.
We have done our best to source sustainable packaging that also protects your orders. We use biodegradable bubble wrap and Noissue compostable mailing bags that break down within 90 days in a commercial composter and 180 days in commercial compost and after decomposing they leave no harmful residues behind. Resistant to sunlight and water, these packaging materials are actually far more robust than standard poly mailer bags and can be reused multiple times.
Customer Satisfaction - Returns, Repairs & Exchanges
We do our absolute best to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality when they leave our workshop. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the recycled materials that we use our items may have evidence of their previous lives (marks and discoloration). We like to think that these marks add to the personality and uniqueness of our products.
If you are dissatisfied with your product you can choose from one of the options below. Please note that we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for custom orders or sale items.
All accessories when loved a little too much show signs of wear and tear. We will happily do our best to repair our accessories wherever possible. Unfortunately we will not be able to repair everything but we will do our best. Please contact us to book an appointment at our workshop or post us your item to be repaired. We will happily ship it back to you once repaired free of charge.

Mainland Europe orders are shipped with Colissimo International and take approximately 3 - 8 working days to arrive.
Returns & Exchanges / Retours & Échanges
Returns / Retours
Items may be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging. Customers have 14 days to return an item from the day they receive their purchase. We will only reimburse the cost of return shipping up to €4.95 for Mainland France and €6.95 for Mainland Europe. Please contact us to inform us that you are returning your item and we'll get back to you asap.
Exchanges / Échanges
If your item is defective we will happily exchange it for you. The item must be unused and in it's original packaging. Please contact us to request an exchange. The exchanged item must be the same price as the previous item, we are unable to provide credit or refunds.
