Important! Delivery Suspended to the United Kingdom
We are very sorry but we have had to suspend delivery to the United Kingdom until further notice. Due to Brexit and Covid complications we are currently unable to provide an affordable delivery service. 
We hope to resume delivery to the UK in the near future. 

We offer delivery to Mainland Europe* using Colissimo & Mondial Relay. For more information please use the drop down menu below. We aim to dispatch all order within 2 working days (Mon-Fri). If your order is urgent please notify us so that we can do our best to dispatch it asap.


For customers local to the French Riviera we offer free collection from our workshop in Antibes. Please select the collection option at the checkout. You will then be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. Please contact us to arrange a collection date as our workshop doesn't keep set hours. 


We have done our best to source sustainable packaging that also protects your orders. We use a range of environmentally friendly packaging including cardboard boxes, recycled padded envelopes, biodegradable bubble wrap and Noissue compostable mailing bags.

​Customer Satisfaction - Returns, Repairs & Exchanges

We do our absolute best to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality when they leave our workshop. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the recycled materials that we use our items may have evidence of their previous lives (marks and discoloration). We like to think that these marks add to the personality and uniqueness of our products.

If you are dissatisfied with your product you can choose from one of the options below. Please note that we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for custom orders or sale items.



All accessories when loved a little too much show signs of wear and tear. We will happily do our best to repair our accessories wherever possible. Unfortunately we will not be able to repair everything but we will do our best. Please contact us to book an appointment at our workshop or post us your item to be repaired. We will happily ship it back to you once repaired free of charge.

How does it work?

Our image editing service is built to be quick intuitive and easy to use. We have a really easy to use online ordering system where you can upload your images, pay, track and recieve delivery of your files.

Do I have to pay a monthly fee?

No, you only pay for what you send us.

Do I pay online or can I pay at the end of the month with an invoice?

You can pay online (PAYG) for every order you place or you can get intouch with us and we can put you "on account" where we send you a invoice at the end of each month (assuming you send us files in that month period)

Do you do product photography?

Unfortunalty we don't, however, we can point you in the direction of our preferred partners if required.

What file format can I send?

You can send which ever format you like and we can send you any required format back to you.

We need some high end retouching do you do this kind of thing?

Yes we offer all sorts of creative retouching services please get intouch with us with your requirements and we will be able to give you a quote

Items may be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging. Customers have 14 days to return an item from the day they receive their purchase. We will only reimburse the cost of return shipping up to €4.95 for Mainland France and €6.95 for Mainland Europe. Please contact us to inform us that you are returning your item and we'll get back to you asap. Christmas - All orders placed between 1st November and 24th December have until 30th January to request a refund or exchange. ......... Les articles peuvent être retournés s’ils sont inutilisés et sont dans leur emballage d’origine. Les clients ont 14 jours pour retourner un article à partir du jour où ils ont reçu leur achat. Nous ne rembourserons les frais de retour que jusqu'à 4,95 € pour la France métropolitaine et 6,95 € pour l'Europe continentale. Le client est responsable des frais de livraison retour. Veuillez nous contacter pour nous informer que vous voulez nous retourner l’article et nous vous contacterons dans les plus brefs délais. Noël - Toutes les commandes passées entre le 1er novembre et le 24 décembre ont jusqu'au 30 janvier pour demander un remboursement ou un échange.

Exchanges / Échanges

If your item is defective we will happily exchange it for you. The item must be unused and in it's original packaging. Please contact us to request an exchange. The exchanged item must be the same price as the previous item, we are unable to provide credit or refunds. ......... Si votre article est défectueux, nous serons heureux vous l’échanger.
